can I return the products?

yes you can. contact us with your order number to claim a return within 14 days of the received products. only any unworn and unwashed items. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not hold responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. you can't return sale products. if you received free shipping and the new value of your products is lower than the eligible amount for free shipping, we will take the shipping cost off from the returning payment.
do you ship worldwide?

yes we do. EU shipping is 12 € - free shipping from 150€ worldwide shipping is 20 € - free shipping from 200 € please remember that customs duties or taxes outside of EU are not payable by us. please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you.
when do you ship my order?

we as a small brand and focusing on sustainability will ship all orders on mondays, to little our impact for the environment of shipping single orders daily. if you need your suit faster, contact us and we will figure something out. note that due covid shipping can be a bit slower than usual.
can I order b2b?

if you are a business and want to sell our products, reach out for our pricelist. you can buy products in stock or order products for production. you can order per mail with the terms and conditions mentioned on our website. after we confirmed the order we do not offer the right to withdraw from orders.
